Hands-on Business Training

I train a select group of leaders so they can realize and enjoy the business of their dreams. The methods I use are based on my expertise in business fundamentals, marketing, sales, design, innovation, and sustained profitability.

This year long program is not a comfortable, “pat you on the back,” “rah-rah” coaching program. I will continually ask the hard questions. You can count me telling you the truth as I see it. You need to be willing to hear that truth because truth equals cash.

I do this work with only 10 business leaders a year. I refuse to dilute the focus and intensity required for those with the guts to commit to working with me.

HOW IT WORKS
Following the Results Junkies process, I start by defining the basics and core purpose that matter to you and your business. From there, we set skyscraper goals and work backwards to what has to happen in the days, weeks and months to come. Your business purpose will create the focus to your marketing and innovation initiatives. You will join an elite few who know how to get the key basics of their business done with perfection. Your business will finally appear as unique as you always wanted it to be. That is a Results Junkies business.

We have two to three set phone consultations each month (with many emails in between) where we will continue to adjust and push. Your business problems become ours—expect them to be gone by the time we are done.

We always start with the steps needed to create a rock-solid foundation and then move to the “how” of building off that to achieve your specific business goals. We completely change the possibilities for your business. You will see the clear results in your cash account.

How do we deliver value you can count on? You make a one-year commitment, and if we do not hit our agreed-upon goals, then the last three months are on me.

You should feel stress and strain from your year with us. You will also have more fun than you ever imagined—because developing and running a Results Junkies business is inherently fun. Strong, smart, rock solid businesses always provide satisfaction and rewards.

The cost is $800.00 per month with a commitment of one year. I’ve spent a career building my approach based on what works in the real world. But you won’t find any ego here. This is about you and your business. It is about the truth and getting the right things done to achieve big things.
