Ironically this makes them extremely important because they give you an edge must others don't have. 1, 2 and 3 are essential - but people learn these quickly or they fall out of the game. 5, 7, 9 10, 11 and 13 are dead on - if you don't have those characteristics you are doomed. 12 is one I had to overcome myself.....
